Mr. Irving has brought up an interesting point.
While it's true humans can be selfish and violent, many of the so-called non-humans have no knowledge of the human mind and body's true potential. As environments change, so does the mind and body. The humans in my world are not yet ready to evolve to that potential, yet many in other worlds are close. It all comes down to how one adapts to their environment. You can protest all you want, but it's a fact you won't get rid of by running away or blaming your own shortcomings on those who have nothing to do with you.
It's sad how many of those who complain about the horrible side of humans often do the same thing themselves. They are no more selfish and violent than the "weaklings" they blame.
